The S3 is a 5" accurate instrument with passive prism tracking and Direct Reflex (DR) reflectorless EDM. The S3 is built on the same platform as the S6 / S5 / S7.  DR STD offers reflectorless measurements up to 1,300 feet!  The active tracking option enables the S3 to track passive and active prisms, like the MT1000, AT360 or Active Target ID.
